Policy

01 CREDIT CARD

We require a valid credit card on file in order to reserve your appointment.

02 CANCELLATIONS

With respect to both technicians and clients, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. In the instance that changes or cancellations are made after this deadline, your credit card will be charged in full.

03 ARRIVAL

We ask that you aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow sufficient time for you to check-in and enjoy our amenities.

04 LATE

If a client is more than 5 minutes late, we may need to scale back the service to stay on schedule. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate, but may need to decline the service. In this case, a late fee of 50% will be charged.

05 CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS

For the safety of all clients and technicians, we reserve the right to decline any services if there is an active fungal or bacteria infection.

06 GROUP BOOKINGS

ONYX can accommodate up to 12 guests per hour for private events, parties, and celebrations.
